  • 1 initial consultation, 8/9 monthly trainings, whats app group & homework content / videos including mobility and training when required

  • Minimum commitment of 3 months required

Caitriona is a highly skilled personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in many areas of fitness and training. Before working at ignite she lived in London working at a dedicated group personal training studio.

FAQ’S

When and where does the training take place?

Your initial session is in our studio at Carrer del Bruc 8 which we make with you by appointment and then following this our sessions also take place in the studio. The weekly training session times are agreed with all members of the group in advance and the current schedule is Tuesdays & Thursdays between 2-3PM.

Can you tell me more about what the package includes?

The personal training package includes a full month of twice weekly small group personal trainings (between 8-10 sessions depending on the month), 1 brief initial consultation and full support online for training and recovery.

How much is the monthly amount and how can I pay?

The total monthly amount of the personal training program is €175 which is paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer. This is a fixed subscription fee per month. The minimum amount of commitment is 3 months

Can I train with my friends?

Yes, in fact we would encourage you to join a group with your friends and make it more fun

What if I have different goals than the other members in my group?

Your training is programmed specifically for you regardless of who’s in your group. At times it may match other members but it’s always customised for your goals

What if I’m away or miss a session in the month?

The focus here is consistency in your training and If you cannot make a session we encourage you to complete the programmed session in your own time outside of the studio. Caitriona will then review the session with you the at the following training.
